How do I earn points?
Ordering earns you 1 point per $1, and more once you reach a higher tier. You also earn for signing up, joining the newsletter, following us on Instagram or Facebook, writing a review and telling us your birthday.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Pick any reward you can afford in Ways to Redeem and hit Redeem. We generate a discount code straight away, and it applies at checkout. Codes are valid for 14 days.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 1 year of no activity. Any time you earn or spend, the clock resets, so an active builder never loses a point.
How do the VIP tiers work?
Tiers are based on what you have spent with us in total, for life. $200 makes you an Artisan Bee, $500 makes you a Queen Bee. There is no downgrade and no yearly reset: once you reach a tier, it stays yours.
When do points from an order show up?
They land on your account once the order is confirmed. If you return an item, the points for it come back off your balance.
Do I need an account to collect points?
Yes, and it is free. Points are tied to your CUTEBEE account, so sign in before you check out to make sure the order counts.
How does referring a friend work?
