❓How to find the tracking number?
When the product was shipped, there will be a confirm email send to you, the tracking number will be on it! If did not find it, pls check your junk mails! And the email will send to the address that you used to sign up in our website!
❓ Why is my tracking number not working?
It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
❓ I entered my tracking number and nothing appears. What should I do?
Don’t worry—international carriers sometimes update in batches.Please try again after 24 hours.If still blank, contact us and we’ll check it manually.
❓ My package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please check:
- Your mailbox or apartment lobby
- Your neighbors or building manager
- Whether a family member collected the parcel

There are 3 membership tiers, based on your total spending over the past 12 months:
Apprentice Bee – Join upon registration
Artisan Bee – Spend $200 or more
Queen Bee – Spend $500 or more
You can earn points through:
Shopping ($1 = 1 point, higher tiers earn more)
Actions like registering, subscribing, leaving reviews, signing in, and social media interaction
Extra points on your birthday and Member Day (The 15th of each month is our Member Day)
Points can be redeemed for cash discounts, coupons, or special gifts. See our "Points Redemption Guide" for details.
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Please use them before they expire.
Share your unique referral link, and both you and your friend will receive a 20% off coupon. Referral rewards are valid for 30 days.
