1. Reissue Accessories (90-Day Warranty)
DIY kits purchased on our website include a 90-day warranty. During this time, we offer one free opportunity to reissue accessories. Please provide your product model and the accessory code (e.g., A15) from the manual.
2. Digital Manual (English PDF)
If you need an electronic manual, please send the product model and a photo of the kit to customer service. We will send the English PDF to you within 24 hours.
Tip: For other languages, we recommend using a translation app to scan the English manual.
3. Logistics & Tracking
To check your package status, please provide your Order Number. You can also use the chat box in the lower right corner for real-time purchasing help.
