Refund Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation:
Cancellation can be requested at any time within 24 hours of purchase
Refund Return:
1. If the package is more than 90 days from receipt, the order will not support returns and refunds.
2. Parcels are generally delivered within 30 natural days, but the correct time frame for international parcels cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, if the package is still in transit within 30 natural days from the date of shipment, you cannot apply for a refund on the basis that the package has been in transit for too long.
3. If the package is damaged by logistics, please contact customer service within 2 days after the package is signed for receipt. Customer service will deal with it within 24 hours.
4. If the buyer does not want the package for his own reasons or thinks that the package does not meet his expectations, please contact the customer service within 7 days after signing for the package for return and refund, and the return postage will be borne by the buyer.
5. If the package has not been delivered for more than 35 days, please contact the customer service. If the customer service verifies that the package is lost, the seller will refund the buyer, and the buyer will generally receive the refund within 24 hours.
6. All returned packages shall not be sent back to the original delivery address, please contact customer service before returning, customer service will send the correct return address.
7. The seller will process the returned parcel within 2 days after receiving it. If the parcel is intact and undamaged, the buyer will receive the refund within 24 hours after the seller processes it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer shall be responsible for any loss of value.

Apprentice Bee – Join upon registration
Artisan Bee – Spend $200 or more
Queen Bee – Spend $500 or more

Shopping ($1 = 1 point, higher tiers earn more)

Extra points on your birthday and Member Day (The 15th of each month is our Member Day)

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Please use them before they expire.
